Keeptiva support

We can help with sign-in, backup recovery, Free Up Space, Locked Folder, invitations, subscriptions and account deletion.

Backup paused

Open Backup centre and run Device readiness tests. Keeptiva will identify photo permission, Wi-Fi, battery saver and background restrictions.

Free Up Space

Only cloud-verified originals are eligible. Keeptiva shows the count and estimated space before your phone presents its own final deletion confirmation.

Locked Folder

Enroll a strong biometric in your phone settings. Locked Folder automatically relocks when Keeptiva leaves the foreground.

Delete your account

Open Keeptiva Settings, choose Account, then permanently delete the account and confirm the displayed phrase.

Contact support

Email support@keeptiva.com. Include the device type and the exact message shown in Keeptiva. Never send your password, one-time code or API key.
