1. About these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Space AI Technology UK Ltd, 27 Ensbury Avenue, Bournemouth, BH10 4HF, United Kingdom. By accessing or using Keeptiva, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Keeptiva helps you organise, encrypt, store and retrieve photos and videos. Features may change as the product develops. We may introduce, remove or limit features where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance or product improvement.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you add to Keeptiva. You give us the limited permission needed to host, transmit and process that content solely to operate and support the service. You must have the right to upload the content and must not use Keeptiva for unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
4. Recovery information and device security
You are responsible for protecting your device, recovery key and memorable words. Do not share them publicly or send them to our support team. Because Keeptiva does not store your raw recovery key or raw memorable words, we may be unable to restore a vault if you lose all recovery information.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or violate another person’s rights;
- attempt to access another person’s vault or account;
- interfere with, overload or bypass the service’s security;
- upload malicious code or use automated abuse tools; or
- reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but internet and cloud services can experience interruptions. Keep independent copies of irreplaceable content. We may suspend access where needed to protect users, address misuse, perform maintenance or comply with law.
7. Ending use
You may stop using Keeptiva at any time and can request deletion by contacting support@spaceaitechnology.com. We may restrict or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, unlawful use or a material security risk.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Keeptiva is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights available under the law where you live.
