Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use Keeptiva lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for content you upload or share.

Your content

You retain ownership of your photos and videos. You give Keeptiva the limited permission needed to store, process, display, restore and share content only to operate features you request.

Backup responsibilities

Keeptiva is designed to protect originals, but you should keep another copy of irreplaceable content. Confirm that an item is shown as protected before deleting a local original. Background execution is controlled by iOS and Android and may be delayed by device settings.

Plans and payments

Paid plans, prices, renewal periods and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store’s payment and refund rules.

Availability

We work to keep Keeptiva reliable and secure, but availability is not guaranteed without interruption. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and will provide notice where required.
