Keeptiva is a product of Space AI Technology UK Ltd, 27 Ensbury Avenue, Bournemouth, BH10 4HF, United Kingdom. In this policy, “Keeptiva”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Space AI Technology UK Ltd.

2. Information Keeptiva processes
Depending on how you use Keeptiva, we may process:
- photos and videos that you choose to add, including encrypted originals and encrypted previews;
- library details such as file name, file type, file size, capture date, album or event label and the location you choose to share;
- a pseudonymous vault identifier, device identifier, device name and recent activity needed to connect your vault across devices;
- encrypted recovery material, including a salt, wrapping information and an encrypted key envelope; and
- technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as request logs, browser or device type and error data.
3. Encryption and recovery
Keeptiva encrypts photo and video originals and their previews on your device before upload. Your recovery key and memorable words are used on your device to unlock your vault. Keeptiva does not store your raw recovery key or raw memorable words.
Some organisational metadata—such as dates, file details, event labels and a location you choose to share—is stored separately so the service can organise and display your library. Keep your recovery information private: anyone who obtains it may be able to open your vault.
4. Location
Location access is optional. If you allow it, Keeptiva may attach an approximate capture location to items you upload to improve grouping by place or event. You can refuse or withdraw location permission in your browser or device settings.
5. How we use information
- to provide, organise, back up and recover your Keeptiva library;
- to secure vaults and connect authorised devices;
- to maintain, diagnose and improve the service;
- to respond to support, privacy and safety requests; and
- to meet legal obligations and protect users and the service.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We use carefully selected hosting, storage, security and technical service providers to operate Keeptiva. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a lawful corporate transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep information while it is needed to provide Keeptiva, satisfy legal requirements, resolve disputes and protect the service. To ask for access, correction or deletion, email support@spaceaitechnology.com. Include the vault identifier shown in Keeptiva if your request concerns a vault, but never send us your recovery key or memorable words.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a copy of your information, or complain to a data protection authority. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
9. Children
Keeptiva is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Keeptiva develops. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes may also be highlighted in the service where appropriate.
