Delete your Keeptiva account

Sign in at Keeptiva, open Settings → Account, choose Permanently delete account, and type the confirmation phrase shown. The same control is provided inside the Keeptiva mobile app.

What deletion removes

Your profile, device records, stored originals, albums, invitations, sharing records, memories and other account-owned product data are scheduled for permanent deletion. Deletion cannot be undone after processing.

If you cannot sign in, contact support@keeptiva.com from the address used for your account. Never include your password or one-time code.
